If your vehicle sustained damange directly caused by our equipment or staff,please provide proof of the vehicle before the process and once we verify everything,Our manager will react you and help you with the issue.

We are not responsibe for issues caused by weather conditions after the car wash.for example rain dust or snow etc.

Please make sure to remove all your personal items and belonging or any other important documents from your vehicle.We are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal belongings left insife the vehicle.
