By availing of the car wash service offered by Mr glossy auto detailing and car wash ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("the customer") are bound by the following terms and conditions: 1. Acceptance of Service of car wash: You confirm that you are the owner or duly authorized agent of the vehicle submitted for service at mr glossy car wash. You accept to pay the charges for the chosen car wash service. 2. Condition of Vehicle: You are liable for the removal of all personal items and valuables from your car prior to the car wash. We are not liable for lost or damaged items. We are not liable for existing damage to your vehicle, such as but not limited to, paint chips, dents, scratches, or mechanical problems. You are liable for the notification of any special conditions or alterations to your vehicle that could impact the car wash process. 3. Limitations of Service: We will use reasonable care to deliver a high-quality car wash service. We cannot, however, promise the elimination of all dirt, stains, or blemishes. Some conditions, like extremely dirty cars or certain types of stains, might need extra services or might not be completely removable. We have the right to deny service to any car that is dangerous to our equipment or personnel. 4. Damage and Liability: Although we exercise care to avoid damage, accidents may happen. If damage is caused directly by our negligence, we will make reasonable attempts to repair or replace the damage. Our responsibility is limited to the cost of repair or the fair market value of the damaged part of the vehicle, whichever is lower. We are not responsible for consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, inconvenience, or emotional distress. We are not responsible for weather conditions damage to the car after car wash. 5. Payment and Refunds: Payment is due upon completion of service of car wash. Refunds or re-washes may be given at our discretion in the event of dissatisfaction with the service. For details, please refer to our separate Refund Policy. We are entitled to revise our prices at any time without notice. 6. Safety: You will adhere to all instructions for safety as given by our staff. Pets and children must stay within the vehicle or wait in waiting areas. You must ensure that your vehicle is secure during the washing process. 7. Customer Conduct: We have the right to deny service to any customer who is abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate. 8. Terms and Conditions Changes: We have the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
